Located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina, Green River Preserve summer camp offers programs for campers in the rising 2nd-12th grades. Accredited by the American Camp Association, our unique program includes daily hikes on a private 3,400 acre wildlife preserve. Campers enjoy a selection of over 20 daily activities including fly fishing, rock climbing, creative arts, mountain biking, canoeing, and kayaking.

We are officially 5 days away from Early Enrollment for 2027! 🎉

Our early bird registration exclusive opens on September 1st for returning AND new applicants! Enroll your camper or expeditioner between September 1st and September 15th to receive $100 off their session.

We miss camp and all the amazing people who made it happen this summer! There is no better feeling than sharing this joyful place with others.

Thank you to all of our counselors, coordinators, interns, mentors, expedition leaders, health staff and kitchen staff for nurturing and supporting our campers. Thank you to our international staff and our new staff who joined our community with open hearts. And thank you to our returning staff for continuing to believe in our mission.
