The A.D. German Warehouse Conservancy, Inc. (ADGWC) is a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization dedicated (ADGWC) was established in Sept. of 2013. ADGWC, Inc.

is a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization dedicated to the renovation of the Frank Lloyd Wright-designed A.D. German Warehouse (National Register of Historic Places 1974).The ADGWC, Inc. is fully committed to the revitalization of the historic site of the A.D. German Wholesale Company. This site consists of two landmark structures, connected by a shared canopy. Local entrepreneur, Albert Delvino German, built the first warehouse on Hazeltine Street in 1912 to house his wholesale business.

Due to cold weather approaching and no heat on the third floor Drafting Room Kevin Ewing instructed the last workshop of the season, a Wood Carving Workshop, on October 11. Stay tuned for the 2027 line up of Art Workshops!

Michael Johnson will be performing live in the 1921 AD Lounge from 5–8 pm, bringing his warm blend of folk, Americana, country, and rock. Enjoy his original songs and familiar favorites while you take in the unique atmosphere of this historic space.
We’ll have food and beverages available for purchase, plus the opportunity to explore our current art exhibit featuring the beautiful oil paintings of Thomas McMahon.
Grab your friends and make your way to the Warehouse for an evening of music, art, food, and drinks.

Not a drinker? You still belong at the 1921 Lounge. 🍹
Every Friday, the A.D. German Warehouse, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, opens its doors for a night of live music, card and board games, and good company. And you don't need a cocktail in your hand to enjoy it.
Along with our full bar, we've got:

Cousins galore at the Warehouse on Sunday! My Cousin Barbara Kooiman drives to Richland Center once a month from LaCrosse to serve as one of our volunteer docents. Two of her nieces, and another generation of my cousins, Kate and Jenny, drove out from Madison to take Barb's last public tour of our season! We all enjoyed a nice dinner afterwards. Jennifer Marie is with Barbara Kooiman.

Caught the last tour of the season from our favorite architectural historian Barbara Kooiman of the AD German Warehouse designed by Frank Lloyd Wright today. She’s a wonderful docent and perfect content expert on FLW buildings in SW Wisconsin.
