Hi, I’m Jordan Fettig! 🌟
I’m the Board Chair of Girls on the Run Southwest Michigan (GOTRSWMI), and I’m so excited to be part of this amazing organization.

I call St. Joseph, Michigan home and am a proud mom of four kids, ages 7–13. My journey with Girls on the Run began the moment my oldest daughter participated in elementary school—and I’ve been all in ever since. I saw firsthand how Girls on the Run helped her build confidence, manage her emotions, and create positive, supportive connections with others.

When I’m not championing joyful, healthy, and confident girls across Southwest Michigan, I love spending time with my family and traveling (my most recent adventure took me to Africa!).

I’m so grateful for the chance to work alongside an incredible team leading this wonderful organization—and I look forward to many more years helping girls recognize their inner strength and unlock their limitless potential.

Thanks for the warm welcome! 💛

Meet Coach Amber!

Amber has been leading the GOTR girls at Brown Elementary for THREE amazing seasons.

"I coach GOTR because every girl deserves the chance to discover the strength in her body, the confidence in her heart and the courage to use her voice."

Coach Amber's passion for the program shines through her relationship with each participant and the growth her team has seen season to season. Brown was our largest site this past spring with over FORTY girls!

Thank you, Amber for your continued belief and embodiment of GOTR SWMI!

This Fourth of July, we’re celebrating community, connection, and the freedom to be ourselves. At Girls on the Run, we believe confidence grows when girls feel supported, included, and free to shine. Wishing our GOTR families a safe, joyful holiday filled with time together and moments that matter.

As girls leave sports at alarming rates, evidence points to one of the most powerful retention tools: supportive, well-trained coaches.

LOVE seeing our girls out in the community doing AMAZING things! Way to represent GOTR girls!
