The ability to smile through the chaos isn't a skill that began when i became a parent, but I perfected it.

How have your life experiences shaped you? Healing takes time. I'm reminded of every time I was protected and how much I want to protect my children. But am I hurting them? I want them to feel the love I didn't feel.

Community is apart of healing. My caregivers needed support and so do I. My mom, an overwhelmed teen mom with so many gifts and talents. My dad, a teen parent chasing his dream to be a dancer in the house music scene

Don't worry, Wendy was not harmed when making this post. She's not into drugs, she's just a bit tired and in need of reset. Between events, meeting new followers and introducing her workshop series, she's pooped.
