Planning a conference or grand rounds series? Offering CME, CNE, and CPE credit turns your event from optional into a way attendees can meet their license and certification requirements, and that drives registration and engagement.

Through joint providership, multi-day conferences and recurring grand rounds can both be accredited, with turnaround in as little as 30 days from a signed agreement.

Care is delivered by teams, so why is continuing education still delivered in silos?

Interprofessional continuing education brings physicians, nurses, and pharmacists together around shared learning objectives, and with Joint Accreditation, a single activity can award CME, CNE, and CPE credits at once. Fewer than 200 U.S. organizations hold that accreditation, but you don't need to be one of them to offer it.

IPCE lets clinical teams learn together and earn credit together. Learn what interprofessional continuing education is and how to deliver it.

Want to offer continuing education contact hours to your nursing audience? Here's the catch: every activity needs a designated Nurse Planner, and that role can't be assigned after the fact.

To offer CNE contact hours, you need a partner accredited by ANCC with a Nurse Planner on every activity. Joint providership makes this possible without hiring dedicated staff or navigating the accreditation process yourself.

See how it works: http://qualityinsights.org/quality-quest/how-to-offer-nursing-contact-hours

Want to award CNE contact hours to your nurses? Learn the ANCC requirements, the Nurse Planner role, and the fastest path to offering CNE.

Our Medical Director, Dr. Jean Storm, took the stage at the 2026 PHCA Convention and Expo, "Gear Up for Game Day," in Bethlehem, PA last week.

Her session, "Back to the Basics: Quality Measures and Antipsychotic Medications," addressed the fundamentals: how antipsychotic use is measured, why it matters for residents, and what facilities can do day to day to strengthen their performance.

Thank you to Pennsylvania Health Care Association (PHCA) for having us, and to everyone who joined the conversation. Great care starts with a strong playbook.

Every health innovation starts with someone who builds something.

At Thinkspace, we work with rural health innovators turning ideas into solutions for their communities. Many of them started out tinkering, prototyping, and asking "what if?"

That's why we're glad to share the West Virginia Makes Festival, hosted by Marshall Advanced Manufacturing Center. The festival celebrates creativity and innovation across the Tri-State, and it's free for everyone, from students to startup entrepreneurs.

📅 Friday, October 2, 2026
📍 Marshall University Student Center, Huntington
🕘 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The next idea that helps improve health in rural West Virginia could start at a table like these. Go explore, build, and meet the makers.

Congratulations to Ashley Biscardi, MBA, Practice Engagement Manager at Quality Insights, on presenting a virtual poster at the 2026 Chronic Disease Academy, hosted by the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors (NACDD)!

Her poster, "Community Health Worker-Led Health Coaching Boosts Referrals and Use of Self-Measured Blood Pressure Program," highlights how CHW-led outreach calls helped connect high-risk patients with blood pressure support resources, including referrals to the HHA-BSMP program and free BP monitors. Of the 161 patients contacted, 52 engaged in discussion and 22 were referred to ongoing SMBP support.

Great example of how personalized, community-based outreach can improve hypertension self-management and reduce barriers to care.
