Quest Center for Integrative Health We endeavor to create a place of healing, where our clients’ trust and value Quest Center as an inclusive, empowering, safe and diverse community of support.

We are a community-based, nonprofit healthcare clinic providing a safe environment which serves ALL people, including the LGBTQ community, people living with HIV/AIDS, and those who are low-income, uninsured, or underinsured. Founded in 1989 as “Project Quest Integrative Health Center” by two friends, Lusijah Marx, RN, PMHNP, PsyD, and Lucas Harris, Quest was originally a psychosocial support service provider for people living with HIV/AIDS. Since that time, Quest’s services have expanded to include all those living with chronic illnesses and pain in addition to a holistically focused medical/wellness component. For nearly three decades, our vision remains constant: we strive to meet the needs of people who are experiencing challenges to their physical, mental and emotional health.

Save the Date! We are hosted our annual Community Day September 26th from 11:00am - 2:00pm at Quest Center Multnomah.

Our family friendly Fall Festival invites everyone to show up as their authentic self. Our departments are thrilled to offer fun, interactive activities that highlight the work we do. We will serve food, beverages and ice cream!

We're almost at our goal!

Our Quest Collective is growing rapidly, and we want to thank everyone who has joined in our mission to help support us here at Quest.

Help us reach our goal of 15 monthly donors by becoming a member of the Quest Collective and have a tangible impact on our clients. Monthly Donors contribute consistent, reliable support that allows our staff to provide individualized, trauma-informed and quality care that have changed clients lives.

We want all the new members of the Quest Collective to know that they are a vital part of our community, so we want to highlight the perks that will ensure you have access to all the incredible goings-on here at Quest.
