COINS FOR CONCRETE UPDATE! Pathways is super happy to announce they we have a local company donating their time to pour new concrete in Spring 2027. BUT! We are in need of a company willing to demolish and dispose of our current concrete!

We sadly missed but wanted to share this incredibly important post. Spread awareness and make sure to check in on your loved ones. .

Today is . Domestic violence is a leading cause of homelessness, and the majority of victims and survivors identify “access to money” as a barrier to leaving an abuser.

No survivor should ever be forced to stay with an abusive partner just to keep a roof over their head. But every day across the country, local programs and shelters are forced to turn away thousands of survivors in need, because they simply don't have the money, space, or resources to help them all.

Whether we realize it or not, impacted by these challenges. We all deserve to live in safe, well-resourced communities, and victims and their children deserve to know that help will always be available if they need it.

Here at Pathways we know Mental Health is something that needs to be supported each and every day. For people carrying the weight of trauma, instability, and survival stress every day, supporting their mental wellbeing isn’t optional — it’s essential. It’s how people find strength, regain hope, and move toward stability with dignity.

Have Pumpkins to spare? We are looking for some small pumpkins to do a fun fall project with our children and families in shelter! 🎃💚

If you would like to donate pumpkins you can drop them off at 412 E 4th St. Yankton SD.

Courtney Wagner, our Resource Development Director was able to join in on the fun to Feed the Funnel with the University of South Dakota on Wednesday, September 30, 2026.

During her shift, they had packed over 18,300 bags of rice and beans to give back to community partners to assist with food insecurity.

Pathways is a proud partner of USD and are appreciative of their large support for our organization
