Lapeer is getting his ready to Celebrate America 250!
Join us on Saturday, June 20 as we celebrate 250 years of America with a full day of history, music, family fun, and community pride in Historic Downtown Lapeer!
The day begins with the Vietnam Veterans Flagpole Dedication at Noon and continues with guided tours of the Historic Courthouse, balloon animals, glitter tattoos, live music from the Jim Bach Trio, a presentation on the legendary Courthouse Wars, and a special musical performance by Chatfield students.
The celebration concludes with an unforgettable patriotic concert featuring Rodney Marsalis and the Philadelphia Big Brass Band at 7:30 PM.
