Co-Work & Connect is back—our quarterly session—and this time we’re centering Black women in tech.

This isn’t your average panel. It’s interactive (panelists + guests), and it’s a two-part experience: we kick off with a live conversation led by your favorite host, then shift into time to co-work, connect, and collaborate.

We’ve got some incredible featured panelists doing big things in tech—we’ll be announcing them soon, so stay tuned.

We’re back—and we’re starting the year strong. ✨

Co-Work & Connect returns for our first gathering of the year, right on time for Black History Month. This one is rooted in what we do best: building real community, having honest conversations, and creating space to work, grow, and collaborate—while centering Black-owned businesses.

Hosted by Nne-Nna Carr, the day kicks off with an interactive, audience-driven roundtable spotlighting three Black women-owned spaces and the women behind them. Expect transparency, real gems, and dialogue that doesn’t happen on panels—it happens in community.

Then we flow into what Co-Work & Connect is known for:
💻 Co-working — lock in on your own work, emails, decks, writing, or planning
🤝 Connecting — intentional conversations, shared resources, real introductions
🧠 Collaborating — ideas turning into action, partnerships, referrals, “we should talk” moments

Featured Business Owners:
• Bianca Renee — Co-Owner, D&B Deli
• Alaina — Owner, Mixxed
• Jailya Tillman — Owner, Mission Slim Possible Gym

On December 11th, The V Files returned with our host Ty (), centering conversation, intention, and care.

The V Files Relaunch created an intimate space for transformative dialogue—real conversations for real life—paired with intentional activities designed to help us reflect, release, and go deeper together.

Activities included the “Let That Go” Tear + Toss Station, a Soft Life Wishes Wall, guided journaling, and letters written to ourselves to open when encouragement is needed most.

Together, we unpacked the topics that shape our everyday lives—from mental well-being to collective wellness—while also supporting our community drive and our goal to fund 100 Essential Care Boxes.

This wasn’t just an event.
It was a pause. A release. A reminder that healing happens in community.

Stay tuned for more With Love, Leah experiences.

We enjoyed a short hiatus, and now that we’re officially into the new year, we’re still very much rooted in the spirit of community, giving, and giveback. 💛

If you’re seeing this—happy new year! And don’t worry, there’s still time to contribute. Our community initiative is ongoing, and we’ll be hosting a small assembly gathering to pack and prepare boxes for N Street Village, with any remaining items donated as well.

At the same time, we’re actively gearing up for a full and intentional 2026. The work continues, and we’re grateful to have you along for it.

Announcement time: Thank you to for being a community sponsor and helping us to reach our goal of 100 boxes for the women at N Street Village. We appreciate you!

Your support helps ensure that women in our community have access to essential hygiene products and the reminder that they are seen, valued, and cared for.

But this is just the beginning — we still have a long way to go, and we’d love for you to join us.

There are three ways to participate:
1️⃣ Attend the event and be part of an evening centered on conversation, impact, and community.
2️⃣ Sponsor a box to directly support our 100 Box Goal.
3️⃣ Purchase items from our Amazon Wish List to help fill the boxes one product at a time.

Every box matters. Every act of care counts. Together, we can make a difference — one woman, one conversation, and one box at a time.
