Sandy’s story is one that reminds us just how deeply animals love and how much they can endure.

His previous owner passed away, leaving Sandy without the person and home he had known and loved. Through no fault of his own, this sweet boy suddenly found himself facing an entirely different life.

But today, his story has a beautiful new chapter. ❤️

Sandy/Governor has officially found his forever family! 🎉🐱

We know his previous owner would have wanted him to be safe, loved, and cared for—and today, we can say with happy hearts that Sandy is home again. 🥹❤️

May his new family give him all the love he deserves, and may the memories of the person who loved him first always be a part of his story.

Tomorrow, Rescue Alliance is launching a very special mission—and we need our community behind us.

Our cats and kittens are preparing for their journey to PetSmart Gonzales, but their final destination isn’t the adoption center.

It’s HOME. 🏡❤️

🎯 THE MISSION

15 CATS. 5 HOURS. 15 FOREVER HOMES.

From 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM tomorrow, we’re challenging our community to help us find loving, responsible homes for at least 15 cats and kittens.

Every cat featured in this video represents more than an adoption.

They represent a second chance.

A safe place to sleep.
