💙 YOU’VE SEEN WHAT WE DO. NOW COME BE PART OF IT!

The Rushville Breakfast Optimist Club is behind more in our community than you might realize!

⚽ Youth Recreational Soccer — giving local kids a place to play, learn, and grow.

🚗 4th of July Car Show — continuing a community tradition while raising funds to support local youth.

🎨 Annual Art Show — celebrating creativity and giving local artists of all ages an opportunity to showcase their talents.

🦃 Turkey Chase — bringing our community together for some outdoor fun!

🎓 Scholarships — investing in local students and their futures.

❤️ And throughout the year, we look for even more ways to support the youth and families of Rush County.

But none of these things just happen.

They happen because people volunteer to make them happen.

And we could use more people like YOU!

You don’t need special skills. You don’t have to volunteer for every project. You don’t even have to have a ton of extra time.

Maybe you have a great idea.
Maybe you’re an organizer.
Maybe you’re good at getting people together.
Maybe you’d rather work behind the scenes.
Or maybe you’re simply willing to show up and lend a hand.

There is a place for you in the Optimist Club.

☀️ And despite our name, you DON’T have to be an early riser!

We now have a Monthly Meet Up on the FIRST THURSDAY of every month at 6:00 PM for anyone who wants to get involved but isn’t interested in an early-morning meeting.

Come meet us. Learn what we’re doing. Bring your ideas. There’s no pressure to jump into everything — find the projects that interest you and get involved in a way that works for you.

If you’ve ever attended our Car Show or Art Show, had a child play Optimist Soccer, participated in the Turkey Chase, received one of our scholarships, or simply thought…

“I’m glad someone does that for our community.”

Maybe it’s time to become one of those someones. 💙

🙌 MANY HANDS CAN DO A LOT OF GOOD. WE COULD USE YOURS.
