Hi, I'm Adrian Jones. This will be my 6th year as the center director at Pawnee Head Start. I have my Certificate of Mastery in Early Childhood Development, my Oklahoma directors credentials, CPST certificate, and my family service certification for the state of Oklahoma. The best part of my job watching the growth and transformation of the children.

I have four boys (Kaidon, Jacob, Tye, and Levi) my husband David and I are also currently adopting our daughter Thea. When I am not at work I enjoy being at home with my family.

my name is Brant Shaw and I am the maintenance person for our building. I might be there to fix leaky sinks or squeaky doors, but the best part of my day is always the kids. They’re so curious every time I show up with my tools, I’ve got a mini audience asking questions, watching closely, and trying to "help" in their own way.

I just feel lucky to be a small part of their world and help keep their environment safe and running smooth.

My name is Matti Nicholson, and I’m so excited to be the cook at Pawnee Head Start this year! This will be my first year in this role, and I’m looking forward to preparing nutritious, homemade meals that your children will enjoy every day.

My husband, Hayden, and I have two dogs, Sarge and Goose, who keep us entertained at home. In my free time, I love doing nails, baking sweet treats, and spending quality time with my family.

I can’t wait to get to know all of your amazing children and make mealtime something they look forward to each day. It’s a privilege to help nourish their growing bodies with delicious, wholesome food, and I’m excited to be a part of the Pawnee Head Start family!

My name is Baylor, and this will be my second year of teaching at Head Start!

I work in the Early class, and there's nothing I enjoy more than spending the day with the babies and all the hugs!

I have a lovely boyfriend who I've been with for nearly three years, and our sweet dog named Dutch!

I enjoy collecting figurines, video games, and anything art related!

Hi, I’m Tori! 💛

I’ve been with Head Start for about a year in the past, and I’m so happy to be back in the early classroom for another 3 months and counting.

I’ve loved caring for and working with children ever since I was little. Watching them learn, grow, and discover new things is one of my favorite parts of my job.

When I’m not in the classroom, you’ll usually find me spending time with my wonderful boyfriend, watching Gilmore Girls, scrolling TikTok, relaxing with a coloring book, or going fishing. I don’t have any dogs… yet!

Hi! My name is Lillian Bryant and this is my third year at the Pawnee Headstart as a teacher. I love getting to watch these children grow and progress throughout the year and to see them explore new things, learn new skills and grow their confidence. I cannot wait to get to know your kiddos this year!

My name is Jamie Sizemore. I am starting my 10th year with UCAP,
and I am starting my 3rd year at Pawnee Headstart.

I enjoy working with young children and watching the “light bulbs” go off in their minds when they learn something new.

Some of the things I enjoy doing with my time include; spending time with my family, wading in creeks, kayaking, watching old tv shows and movies, reading, and baking.

My name is Kristen Burch. I am the Family Service Advocate at Pawnee Headstart. I have been married to my husband Jeremy for 22 years. We have 2 children, our daughter Whitley, and our son Brody. I live in Ralston and enjoy reading and cloudy, rainy days.

I have been with Head Start going on 4 years in October. I don’t know if I chose to work with children or if it chose me but it brings me so much joy to see them grow and get excited when they learn new things.
