Bobs' Free Bikes We are a registered 501(C)(3) non-profit organization who sole purpose is to collect unwanted bicycles and give them to kids. Audacious? Yes it is.

Our belief is that all youth --regardless of background-- need an opportunity to learn about, appreciate, ride, and own a bike. We are a registered 501(C)(3) non-profit organization who sole purpose is to collect unwanted bicycles and re-cycle them back to the youth within the community. The local response to our endeavor has been AWESOME! We cannot thank those enough who have been helping us long

the way. What we are finding is that more kids need bicycles than we can gather. So if you are willing to donate your wheels in order to help a kid please email us at [email protected] so we can keep re-cycling. Are current success has us looking towards the future. We are products of community and want to harvest the community focus bicycle facility idea. So here are our future plans and some ideas surrounding them.

1. Promote safe cycling by providing helmets, lights, and educating new riders to the "Rules of the Road".
2. Create an after school bicycle maintenance/repair/building program for the local youth.
3. Embrace the network of trails and paths that intertwine the Phoenix area and State Parks thru organized weekend rides. We love Arizona, we love bicycles, and we love the great outdoors. So come join us at an upcoming event. Ride On,

Bob’s Free Bikes, a local Fountain Hills non-profit needs bikes.
Since 2016 Bob’s Free Bikes has provided over 7000 bikes to children In the Phoenix area who may not otherwise have been able to have the freedom and magic a bike provides.
As a charitable organization the 20 plus volunteers will repair the donated bikes (true RECYCLING) and arrange delivery and pick-up of bikes. To date we have already delivered over 500 bikes in 2026. BUT, we need more donations.

June 11th, 2025 - On Wednesday, thousands of PayPal employees around the world stepped away from their desks to give their time to participate in the second annual PayPal Impact Day. From packing essential kits to mentoring small business owners and volunteering with nonprofits, teams came together in service, united by a shared belief in doing good, together. This year’s Impact Day built on the momentum of 2024’s launch event, showing how the PayPal employee community can create a lasting global impact while deepening relationships and strengthening our communities.
In downtown Phoenix, PayPal employees gathered to assemble personal hygiene kits and bicycles to be given to several local non-profits, including Bob's Free Bikes.
We are extremely grateful to have received this donation of new bicycles.

Bobs FreeBikes is in desperate need of donation pickup drivers:
The Donation Pickup Driver should have a pickup truck or vehicle with a hitch - We can supply you with a hitch-mount bike rack if needed. We reimburse mileage at IRS rates.
Pick up donated bicycles and deliver to the shop.

Today is the big day 😎, Bobs Free Bikes is moving to our new location 🤓. Please feel free to stop by and help or just say hi! We are move from 17300 E Calaveras Ave in Fountain Hills. Our new address is 16548 E Laser Dr #12&13 Fountain Hills

Big news!!
Bobs Free Bikes is moving, our new shop will be located at 16548 E. Laser Dr, Suites 12 & 13, Fountain Hills. We are moving from our current location starting 8:00am on July 1 and hope to complete the move by July 3.
We could use your help in moving the shop and 150 bikes. Please show up at our old location (Four Peaks Elementary School) at 8:30am on Monday July 1st.
All the volunteers at Bobs' Free Bikes greatly appreciate your help 😀🚴🙃
