Earlier this month, a table full of volunteers stuffed and addressed every copy of our Fall report.

Today we want to thank everyone who opened it, whether it arrived in your mailbox or you read it online.

Inside that report: a young woman one year from her degree in early childhood education. A caregiver who came from Guatemala to serve at our Quito campus. Our team and our partners, showing up for children day after day.

You are part of every one of those stories, through every gift and every prayer.

This is what Provide Relief, Build Resilience and Multiply Impact look like up close. Not a program on paper. People walking alongside people.

Thank you. We are grateful for you today, and every day.

"A child's healing isn't one breakthrough moment. It's a hundred small ones, and being there for every single one."

Keren Cortés holds a master's degree in Holistic Child Development and serves at our Agua Viva campus in Quito. Her words are featured on the Local Leadership page of our new report, and they describe the commitment of our whole team.

Counselors sit with children through the hardest things. Mentors return week after week. Community advocates visit homes with clean water, teaching families how to keep it safe and what to do when a child faces a crisis.

Many of us grew up in the communities we serve. We don't simply deliver a program. We know these families. We follow up, keep showing up, and watch children grow into leaders serving alongside us.

Anyone can meet a need once. The question is, who will still be there months later? We are the ones who stay.

Pray with us for these local leaders this week. Their stories are featured in our Fall 2026 Impact Report at ProjectM25.org/fall

How do you know a child is flourishing? It's the question behind how we measure our work with children, and it brought our team to OneAccord this week, alongside our board member and research partner, Dr. Heather Quagliana of .

Mili wasn't sure she wanted to work with children again.

When she came from Guatemala to serve at our Quito campus, she had already burned out on children's ministry once.

She said yes anyway.

For a year, Mili interned with our Kids Club team, practicing trauma-informed care and learning to be the adult who stays calm, listens longer than is comfortable, and comes back the next morning.
Then she took what she learned home.

Today, under her supervision in Guatemala, 758 pastors and roughly 8,000 children's workers are learning those same tools, reaching about 16,000 children.

One leader came to learn. She went home equipped to equip thousands more.

Today is World Mental Health Day. For a child, mental health often starts with having a name for what they feel.

In Emotional Explorers, each feeling belongs to a crayon. Verde is the green one, and when he's scared, he freezes. His body tells him first: tense shoulders, a flippy stomach, quick breaths.

So Verde practices a tool that takes about 15 seconds. Pause. Press your feet into the floor. Pray, "God, be with me." Take one brave step.

Kids learn it alongside the story of Moses at the burning bush, who was afraid too. And because the fear belongs to Verde first, no child has to say "I'm scared" out loud before they're ready.

Save this for the next time a big feeling shows up at your house.

Meet Madeline, Yumi and Mili.

Madeline first came to our Quito campus as a pr***en. Today she's twenty-one, a year from her degree in early childhood education, and back every week helping lead Emotional Explorers with a giant purple crayon puppet in hand.

Yumi grew up drinking unsafe water in the Ecuadorian jungle. Now she travels by bus, then on foot and by canoe to bring clean water filters to remote families.

Mili came to Quito from Guatemala unsure she wanted to work with children again. She went home equipped, and today 758 pastors and roughly 8,000 children's workers there are learning the same tools under her supervision.

Their full stories are in our Fall 2026 Impact Report at ProjectM25.org/fall (link in bio).

Madeline first came to our Quito campus about eleven years ago, one of the first pr***ens in a brand-new program.

Then her father died suddenly, and much of the responsibility for holding the family together fell to her. Still a teenager, she was helping raise her younger sister while grieving him herself.

The people at the campus stayed close. They sat with her, walked with her, and said out loud what she needed to hear: You can study. You can do this. You have a future.

Years later, Madeline came back, first to the evening Bible study because, in her words, she "needed God again," and then with a request of her own: she wanted to volunteer with the children.

Today she's twenty-one, a year from her degree in early childhood education, and every week she helps lead Emotional Explorers with a giant purple crayon puppet in hand.

This week we signed a cooperation agreement with Liga Bíblica Ecuador, the Bible League's ministry in Ecuador.

Liga Bíblica trains church leaders across Ecuador with practical tools for evangelism and discipleship. Through this agreement, the leaders they train will also pilot Thrive Community Care (TCC). TCC is our certification in trauma-informed, faith-grounded care for pastors and lay leaders.

Liga Bíblica describes the agreement as strengthening the church's capacity to serve. For a family going through something hard, that means a nearby church leader who knows how to help and stays with them over time.

Thank you to Mayra Quishpe and the Liga Bíblica team for your trust, and to Sophie Moncayo and our Ecuador team for building this partnership.

Your gifts and prayers reach children through three kinds of work. Swipe through all three.

Provide Relief: clean water, nutrition, and care, offered with dignity. Relief is the invitation that opens the door to a family and begins the relationship everything else is built on.

Build Resilience: mentoring, education, emotional and spiritual support, and healthy relationships. This is where healing happens, and where our model is tested and refined every day.

Multiply Impact: what we learn in the field becomes curriculum, training, and resources for local leaders, churches, and organizations, so the care reaches children far beyond our own team.

See all three at work in our Fall 2026 Impact Report at ProjectM25.org/fall (link in bio).
