Well not much to report today as I was in and out at the homestead making sure the pups were good… and taking care of a bajillion other things… Now accountant tomorrow, home check, 4 yard dumpster, crap I forgot to get the stone 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ called our friends at DeLoriea Contracting, LLC which they should be able to get that to us Monday. I’m sure many have seen us mention them many times in the past… as they even have those roll-offs that helped us clear out A LOT!!! They have helped sponsor pups for veterans and have donated their work and time… absolutely a great family and honored to call them friends!

I just wanted to take a moment to share a little love to their business in hopes people also check them out. Good, honest, respectable people who work hard!

Good Morning!

We don’t always save these pups… sometimes they also save us!!!

Teaching us something new even something new about ourselves…

Sometimes they bring something we never knew we needed…

Yall know there is no way we can minimize what we are doing and all the work lol yet…

The emotional side is what drives us to do what we do… our feelings, empathy, care, understanding and most of all love and patience…

Our hearts and home is what they needed to become what they were always meant to be…

The end goal is for them to find you with their hearts wide open in all their quirkiness to find the love you share and can give to them!!!

We all do this together… our home is open to you, to come visit and talk and love on the pups! Tears, Hugs, Smiles and Laughter, sharing each others lives, who we all are and the love of this breed… we truly hope to create life long friendships and bonds…

Thank you for being a part of us and making Happy Husky House what it is today… we have a long journey and so much more to accomplish for them, our community and society!

Well today so much was accomplished… vets, college, grocery shopping, pups, and another super special day!!!

As Tora found her furever home with a very special family!!! This is what we work for to accomplish for these pups… Love, Caring, Commitment!!! Huskies are a special breed with special needs with families that know their needs… NOTHING less will do!!!

I am really humbled and happy for Tora!!! She was born outside, lived outside with 3 of her siblings, Tora was a 9 month old puppy that had (5) 2 day old puppies in the snow… we lost one her puppies as they were as cold as ice… but 4 survived, taught her to be a mom and have taken care and loved her ever since…

A puppy having puppies 🤦🏽‍♂️ now she gets to be the center of attention!

This is what we want for all these pups!!! Yet the question will ALWAYS be is a Husky right for you?

Congratulations Tora!!! You deserve the world!!! Love Wins!!!

Zoooooooom… pups good, Sophie to school… Theo a jackass 🤪😂…

Almost back home but stopped to get my life blood coffee! 😂❤️

So as I drove I thought about a lot with the pups… even though we have our plan I wanted to add a couple more things in the future… A Siberian Sanctuary for all the older Huskies that are being dumped so they can have a place to live out their days and have the best care!!! THEN possibly a Husky Hotel where these old pups can have visitors to come and love them and even stay a night or two with them… they deserve the love!!! They deserve the love of others who care about them as well and the money for the Husky Hotel could go to all their vet care needs in hopes the Husky Hotel will just take care of itself for them!

What do you all think? We already have everything else in the works so why not do this for the elderly pups…

I love the idea! Sorry I love the breed and I’m a dreamer… yet a dreamer on a mission!

Yay home!!! Hugged my kiddo tight! Lovins to all the pups… made some food, ate… Titan, Timber, Treasure, Troy, Theo, Tokala, and Temily are all in and around my bed… Gotta get Sophie to college in the morning!!!

Yikes… Nightmares! I woke up at 4am as I my dreams the dog escaped while I am driving home and someone posted that they found Tiny 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ yet nobody knew who or how to get ahold of them…

It took awhile to get back to sleep and talk myself down that it was just a dream…

Well I’ve used this time to think about what we are doing and our future. I will use the rest of the trip to keep thinking and putting things in order of the thoughts and plans to share with you all and get your input…

I did not expect to wake up at 9:30… So I’m going to hop in the shower and get ready to leave as check out is at 11…

Well the shower helped and feeling pretty good, just packing up to head out, get gas and get back on the road… ttyl…

Hope you all have an amazing day and I cannot wait to get home to my family and all the pups… I really miss them all!

Well… I’m in Virginia lol, another gifted hotel! I am truly humbled and grateful for the kindness you all have shown!

Nice long day of driving I think 10 hours of driving since I left the Florida hotel at 11am… stopped for gas and food in South Carolina and now at a hotel in Virginia… I am feeling good, yet tired… I am going to eat this Bojangles Fried Chicken, Dirty Rice and Mac & Cheese… Slurp down this Ice Tea and crash out!!!

I’ll talk to yall in the mornin…

Alright, I made a stop to get some food… I’m somewhere in South Carolina lol 😆… yet instead of all the chain fast food places I tried to find this Mexican place that the billboard that caught my eye but I couldn’t find it and then here is this Chinese Buffet… well I hit up the Chinese Buffet… They had these fried bananas nom nom nom, wings, and this hefty seafood dish that was delicious!!!

So while I’m eating, the 7 puppies’ we saved in Sidney, NY, DNA test came in… well here ya all go!!! We have been saying these pups look like labs well… lol TADAA 3 breeds and the 3 breeds we thought… Yet still doesn’t explain Tahoe’s coat…

Well I gotta get back in the road!
