iPromote Peace Decreasing Violence Through Establishing Self Worth Peace can be defined as reedom from disturbance; quiet and tranquility. Christmas toy give away.

iPromote Peace cause is merely about supporting peace among all in our community through establishing self-worth and we have a paticular interest in our youth. Not only would we like to change the way of thinking for all when it comes down to violence but we promote peace mentally and spiritually as well. We do acknowledge the crime but we promote positivity way more. We are here to encourage and

bring our community together by hosting a collective of programs that boost morale and offer assistance. As well as touch the youth by daring them to dream and exposing them to horizons and serving as an assistant in reaching thier goals. iPromote Peace is brought to you by Prestige Dance Company and the mission behind it is to celebrate life and its importance; to develop and raise self-esteem, creativity and self-sufficiency within our children; helping to heighten character building and self-worth and equip them with a mere fraction of what they will need to be successful citizens. The iPromote Peace movement includes but is not limited to:

Scholarship opportunities

Demonstrating presentations around the community to educate on the rate of violence in the Palm Beach County, the affects it has on the community and positive ways to avoid violence. (Year Round)

Monthly Candle Light Memorials for those we have lost due to violence

"I am Treyvon Martin" Open Mic Night

Thanksgiving dinner and canned good give away/deliveries. (We were able to provide food for over 200 people)

Sunday Dinner Give Away
(We ask all of our friends, loved ones, co workers, etc to fix an extra plate on Sundays and iPromote Peace delivers them to various places in Palm Beach. Like the singer island bridge, currie park etc. (Delivering toys to St. Marys Hospital on Christmas Day)

They will be accompanied by a book. Reading and writing is what our community isnt doin and needs to start so lets help. We are now accepting any books or composition notebooks. We are getting some Shoes together to give to kids who need them. They will be distributed before they go back to school. We are also donating a portion to Wat About The Children In Haiti. We are asking that all of our Fly supporters donate a pair of gently used shoes to put to the cause. Don't get it twisted if you want to buy a pair you can. Just do what you can

Talented Teen club are making First Aid Kits for families in shelters, children attending low income community centers or an elderly neighbor. We need your help . Include as many items as you can in each kit. Address 305 Swain Blvd ,Green ares Fl 33413 Tuesday- Friday , from June 7-July 2

A small plastic box (like a pencil box) or a shoe box
Markers and paper
First Aid Items:
Band-aids
Soap
Bandages – all sizes
Adhesive Tape
Scissors
Wash Cloth
Digital thermometer
Bacitracin
Cotton balls
Vaseline/ A & D Ointment
Non-latext gloves
Antiseptic Wipes

Hi Everyone: The summer in approaching and iPromote Peace has a lot planned for our youth and our community. Volunteer Meeting at Harolds Café on Wed. April 22 at 7:00 pm. We will have a volunteer meeting. There we can discuss the several programs being run and see where you have some free time.

We will also have Mix Tapes available. For Free.99
