Makers mill is a great way to get in some fun education!!

Join us tonight at Makers Mill for the Outdoor Adventures Meet Up, a welcoming gathering for anyone who enjoys spending time outside. Held on the fourth Tuesday of each month, this meetup is a relaxed opportunity to connect over coffee or tea, share stories from the trail, and talk about season-friendly outdoor activities.

We’ll also explore ways Makers Mill can support and celebrate our outdoor community, along with highlighting existing programs and resources. The meetup takes place downstairs in the flex room and Bike Shop and is open to ages 16+.

Hosted by Robert “Doc” Dougherty, a lifelong outdoor enthusiast with a wide range of experience in hiking, cycling, fishing, and outdoor skills.

Sustainable living!

🥬🍅Farm Background🍅🥬

Although Joanne is a first generation farmer who began her farm in 2015, her love for agriculture jumps back to 2005 where she worked on her first organic farm in rural Missouri. After graduating from UNH with a degree in Environmental Science later that year, she realized that farming was a great way to combine her love for environmental stewardship and community building. It was her first summer farming on a midsized commercial farm in Maine where she realized that it was the direction she wanted to move in. Her love for agriculture has now grown into a passion for feeding the community and getting to build relationships while doing this work!

In February, we’ll be bringing back our Wildlife Encounter workshop this year at the Tin Mountain Conservation Center!

This is the perfect opportunity for you to come and meet some of our NH native wildlife! It’s a free event and open to public, but registration is required!

Good afternoon Tuftonboro! We would like to announce that our water testing day that happened on July 27th was a hit! Tuftonboro was able to deliver 38 water test kits to concord for our locals 👏
Tcc would like to thank everyone who participated and we would also like to announce that we were able to grab 10 more test kits to bring back. They will be available for pick up in the Town Hall! These kits are free to take and you pay the state for whichever type of testing you would like however, this will require your own delivery to Concord.
