Keahole Center for Sustainability Keahole Center for Sustainability is a nonprofit. Keahole Center for Sustainability was formerly known as Friends of NELHA (FON).

We aim to promote education and advocacy through the culturally sensitive and environmentally sound use of resources for a sustainable future for Hawaii. We just recently (2020) rebranded and renamed the organization. It is our goal to highlight the innovation at Hawaii's Ocean Science and Technology Park, but our mission has expanded to include island sustainability and innovation beyond NELHA's HOST Park.

If you would like to support this effort, please let us know! #

Keahole Center for Sustainability donating and installing filtered water refill stations this weekend at several local schools in and just outside Lahaina, Maui. Local schools sheltered and fed hundreds right after the fire for days before help arrived. Now, they have taken in hundreds of extra students from schools that were destroyed. Access to clean water is so important right now after the aftermath. These stations have seven filters and even alkalize and add electrolytes at the end.
