The organization is a non-profit, humanitarian, educational, and volunteer-based with presence in more than 150 countries. Art of Living is engaged in building stress-free, violence-free society. It aims to bring peace at individual level through various stress management programs and bring social transformation around the world by the simple act of breathing.
