Faithful Cross the Saints rely on — sweet the burden that it bears.

This same Cross continues to call men and women out of the world and into lives poured out for love. Entire religious orders founded on nothing else but this mystery: Passionists bound by vow to keep the memory of Christ's Passion alive, Franciscans who see in the Cross the deepest poverty and the deepest love, Carmelites and many others for whom "God alone" begins at Calvary.

Every vocation is, in its own way, an answer to the Cross — a yes spoken to the One who first said yes to us, arms outstretched, holding nothing back.

Happy Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross.

Six more hearts set free to follow God's call.

We're celebrating six extraordinary men and women who will soon enter formation for religious life — no longer held back by the weight of student loan debt, but sent forward by our generous donors.

Join us in praying for them as they continue to discern their vocation. And if you know someone who's vocation is on hold because of loan debt, send them our way!

“Our hearts overflowing with the inexpressible delight of love” (Prologue 49)

What a joy to witness the inexpressible delight of Brother David and Brother Pascal as they profess their first vows as Cistercians of Our Lady of Dallas!
Swipe to see the last photo of the brothers with their moms.

The Cistercians live a life of prayer & work under the Rule of St. Benedict. The monks of Our Lady of Dallas run and Brother David is a graduate of Cistercian Prep! How beautiful that he now follows in the footsteps of his priests and teachers as their brother monk.

We thank God for the gift of their vocations! Please join us in praying for their ongoing discernment.

Brothers in St. Francis, Brothers in Christ, Brothers in the Fund for Vocations!

We are honored to have seven men in formation with the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal Friars of the Renewal:

Br. Athanasius Peter (Chris L.)
Br. Bernard Joseph (Matt M.)
Br. Simon Joseph (Roland H.)
Br. Basil Marie (Hayden C.)
Br. Francis Immaculata of St. Louis (Ryan B.)
Br. Anthony Solanus of Detroit (Jeremy K.)
Br. Leo Immaculata of Tampa (Tyler C.)

Br. Leo Immaculata recently celebrated his investiture and first vows. These brothers took the opportunity to take these pictures together and thank our supporters for opening the door to religious life for them by removing the obstacle of student loan debt.

When they were too poor to make the vow of poverty, the Catholic lay faithful stepped forward to help.

If you love vocations and want to unlock more of them, please consider contributing to our summer matching campaign! Between now and this Saturday, August 22, your gift is MATCHED for double the impact.

You can use the link in our bio to make a gift.

Praise be Jesus Christ for the lives and callings of these young men!

Just a little appreciation post for some of our wonderful grant recipients with the Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia in Nashville, TN.

Many of them just celebrated or are about to celebrate vow anniversaries, and it’s a great time to appreciate their lives of contemplation, joy, truth, and spiritual strength.

We love you sisters! Thank you for teaching, praying, serving, laughing, and loving the family of the Church in a way that only you can!

It was a great joy to be present at The Napa Institute 16th Annual Summer Conference with so many friends and grant recipients!

Our special breakout session on vocations covered important topics like how the laity can best support those in religious life, common obstacles that stand in the way of people discerning vocations, and how we as a Church can build a culture of vocation in our homes, parishes, schools, and communities.

Special thanks to our panelists - Monsignor James Shea from University of Mary, Fr. John Burns from Friends of the Bridegroom, Father John Anthony Boughton of the Friars of the Renewal, and Sister Ann Dominic Mahowald, OP of the Dominican Sisters Mount de Sales Academy

Religious vocations are not just a thing of the past, they are a living, essential presence in the Church today. God continues to call men and women to belong only to Him.

Please join us in praying for these eight recent grant recipients who enter religious life in the next few weeks. May God bless their generosity and courage to say “YES” to the promptings of the Holy Spirit!

Thanks to the support of the Catholic lay faithful, we were able to take over their student loan debt so they can enter formation without delay. It’s an honor to free these men and women for God’s call.

If you or someone you know is struggling under the burden of student loans while discerning religious life, please reach out to us. And if your heart is moved to support our mission so we can continue to make grants to every qualified candidate, you can use the link in our bio to make a gift.
