Our beautiful, full-term daughter Ashlie was born sleeping in October 2015. We didn't have access to a cooling unit, so we held our first child for less than one hour before we let her go forever. She could not be at room temperature due to natural ch

anges that occur after death. But the freezing temperature of the morgue also accelerated the speed at which her perfect features were changing. The cooling device would have given us more time to say goodbye. While we cannot take away the pain of losing a child, Ashlie's Embrace will provide parents an option if they have to live a lifetime of memories in just minutes. A little rain couldn’t stop this crew. ⛳💗

Our 2026 Ashlie’s Embrace Golf Outing brought together a FULL course of golfers, sponsors, volunteers, and supporters — and because of this incredible community, we raised $32,200!

Together, we raised enough to fund 9 CuddleCots and help serve more than 2,250 families facing stillbirth and infant loss.

This year marked our first outing at Sable Creek Golf Course, and despite a weather delay that temporarily sent everyone inside, the energy and support never faded. In fact, when golfers learned we’d be heading back out to finish the round after the storm passed, the room erupted in cheers. That moment meant more than we can put into words.

We saw so many familiar faces return this year, along with many new teams who shared personal connections to our mission and reminded us why this day matters so deeply.

Thank you for showing up, sticking it out through the rain, supporting our families, and helping us continue giving the gift of time to those who need it most.

Some people collect stamps.
Some people collect baseball cards.
Tony Maroon collects PEOPLE. 😂

Going to a car show? Tony leaves with three new friends.
Running to the store? Somehow Ashlie’s Embrace gets brought up in aisle 7.
Sitting next to him at dinner? Congratulations — now you know about gardening, the pond, his band, AJ… and probably made a donation before dessert. 🤍

Tony has a way of turning complete strangers into lifelong supporters, simply by sharing Ashlie’s story from the heart. Because of that, countless families have received the gift of time when they needed it most.

When he’s not spreading the mission everywhere he goes, you can usually find him painting statues in the yard like it’s a full-time job, working around the pond, hanging with AJ, or finding “just one more person” to support Ashlie’s Embrace. 😄

Today we celebrate the man who never meets a stranger, never stops talking about his girl, and never stops showing up for grieving families.

Although there’s nothing amazing about baby loss, these nurses from Valley Regional Medical Center are preparing and educating themselves for the unimaginable.

While we can’t fix this time that should be full of joy but instead is full of heartbreak, questions, disbelief and raw pain, we CAN be there with families in their darkest moments. This is compassion.

In loving memory of Harbour Knoxx Peabody, a CuddleCot has been donated to HCA Florida Osceola Hospital through the generosity of The Harbour Knoxx Peabody Foundation. 🤍

Although the Peabody family calls Ohio home, they chose this hospital because of the meaningful connections they share within the local community — making this dedication even more special.
Gathered alongside dear friends and family, this moment was a beautiful reminder that love continues to ripple outward in honor of Harbour’s life.

Because of this gift, families facing unimaginable loss at HCA Florida Osceola Hospital will now have more time to hold their baby, create memories, and say goodbye in their own way.
