With the academic year coming to a close, our team is taking a pause to rest, read, spend time with loved ones, and prepare for the year ahead. We look forward to reconnecting with you when we our offices reopen in late August.

Calvin University is a very active place, hosting multiple events every single week. After the 2026 Festival program went to the printer with its initial announcement of our date, we were made aware of an unavoidable conflict. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟲–𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟴.

We’re grateful for your flexibility and look forward to gathering again for another meaningful weekend of stories, conversation, and community. Mark your calendars—we can’t wait to welcome you back in 2028!

By the final day of the 2026 Festival of Faith & Writing, conversations had deepened, new friendships had formed, and the energy of gathering together still filled every corner of campus.

Day Three brought moments of insight, laughter, reflection, and celebration as we closed out another unforgettable Festival weekend. We’re grateful to everyone who joined us and helped make this community of readers, writers, and seekers so vibrant. We look forward to seeing you in 2028!

This academic year, our Hudson-Townsend Student Fellows brought creativity, curiosity, and joy to every corner of the CCFW offices. From writing thoughtful blog posts and producing episodes of our podcast to behind-the-scenes support for the Festival of Faith & Writing, we’re deeply grateful for all they’ve contributed over the last eight months.

This weekend, we celebrate Chantale and Natasha as they graduate. We can’t wait to see where their gifts take them next. And we’re thrilled that Erin and Eleanor will be returning in the fall for another year with the CCFW!

Join us in celebrating these wonderful students and all of their hard work this year. 🎉
