RELIANT is a full service mission agency that partners with missional churches and nonprofits to mobilize local missionaries. Especially good for ministry donors who give regularly towards a missionary or church planter. Many churches can't survive on a traditional model where members support a single pastor. Today, churches who reach out in diverse mission fields like public university campuses or inner cities, but will need the support of generous Christians to support their missionary staff. Reliant is the link that helps make this happen. We provide detailed missionary assessment, experienced training and coaching for fundraising, health and insurances protection, and a strong accountable foundation that donors can trust as they support local outreach work. Most of all, everything we do is further the good news of Jesus Christ.

What if the health of a church wasn't measured by how many people sit in the seats, but by how many people it sends?

Mike Easton sat down with Blair Waggett of the Summit Institute, where young leaders get theological training, mentorship, and real ministry experience.

They're leading worship, discipling students, counseling new believers, baptizing people, and preparing to plant churches around the world.

Blair shares more about how the Summit Institute is investing in the next generation of leaders, and why sometimes the best thing a church can do is develop leaders who are ready to be sent.

Sometimes the work your mission needs most doesn’t fit neatly into your existing funding model.

That doesn’t mean the opportunity isn’t worth pursuing. It may mean you need to consider a different path to funding it.

Support-based staffing can help organizations create roles around mission-critical work while inviting new people to invest in that work through a team of financial partners.

What could your organization pursue if you had another path to fund the work you’ve imagined?

Read the full article to learn more about how support-based staffing can expand your funding mix and make new opportunities possible.

Your ministry or nonprofit may already know exactly what work needs to happen, you just may not see how to fund it.

Maybe it’s a neighborhood outreach role. An internship or residency. Someone dedicated to building relationships with churches, young people, or community partners.

The challenge is that mission-critical work doesn’t always fit neatly into a grant or your existing funding model.

That’s where support-based staffing can offer another possibility.

Rather than asking only, “What role can our current funding support?” you can ask, “What role does our mission require?”

A support-based staff member can then build a team of financial partners who share their passion for the work and want to help make it possible.

What could your mission pursue if funding wasn’t the first limitation?

Read the full article to explore whether support-based staffing could be a fit for your organization.

Sometimes the greatest lessons in ministry come from listening before leading.

In Episode 7 of 𝘍𝘪𝘦𝘭𝘥 𝘕𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘴, Demeko Bivens shares how his upbringing shaped his understanding of community and ultimately influenced the way he answered God's call to plant a church in Houston.

This conversation is about more than church planting; it's about meeting people where they are.
