TAHFM is honored to announce the establishment of the Ruben Garcia Educational Scholarship, a lasting tribute to one of the healthcare facilities management profession’s most respected educators, mentors, and advocates for lifelong learning.

Known throughout the healthcare facilities community as “The Life Safety Guy,” Ruben dedicated his career to helping others succeed. His passion for education and commitment to mentoring others left an enduring impact on TAHFM and the healthcare facilities management profession.

The Ruben Garcia Educational Scholarship was created to continue that legacy by providing financial assistance to TAHFM members pursuing educational opportunities, professional development, and certifications related to healthcare facilities management.
