Cecil County and surrounding communities — I’m excited to connect, build relationships, and make an impact this Tuesday at the North East Library as we host our FIRST Career Resource Fair.
Come meet hiring companies, career training organizations, childcare providers, and a variety of community resources ready to support your career journey.
I know some of you that are out there stop by, don’t be a stranger, and let’s keep growing together. I’m looking forward to seeing many of you there.

I chose the name Career Resource Fair on purpose — because careers don’t grow in isolation. We all need support, guidance, and access to services that make our goals possible.

Looking for a new job? Need a career coach? Want financial or money‑management help? Exploring training programs or education pathways? Or maybe you need childcare options so you can finally pursue that next step.
All of these are career resources, and all of them matter.

This will be our FIRST Career Resource Fair, with many more coming to Cecil, Harford, Baltimore, and surrounding areas. We’re building something that will keep expanding and uplifting our communities.

If you’re a career professional, hiring employer, workforce organization, training program, or any support service, reach out to me about becoming a vendor. We’d love to have you.

Our first Career Resource Fair is officially happening in Cecil County, and we’re grateful to the public library for opening their doors to host this kickoff event. As one of the few Workforce Development organizations serving both Harford and Cecil Counties, I’m excited to build new connections, support our neighbors, and help make a real impact in the community.Whether you want to meet new faces, explore new opportunities, or simply stop by and say hey, we’d love to have you join us. I hope to see you there.

Thank you Cecil County Public Library - North East Branch

In celebration of Juneteenth, we invite you to support our 2027-28 scholarship program by purchasing The Black History Every Month planner. This planner contains 12 poems written in celebration and inspiration of the Black culture. One of the poems, Juneteenth, is shared in a video format and I provide an overview of the book. Order your copy today to contribute to this worthy cause.
