Mental health support should be accessible to everyone.

Adults with disabilities may experience mental distress at higher rates, making access to understanding, resources, and mental health services especially important. You don’t have to face difficult feelings alone. 🌱

Project LIVE provides free mental health and wellness support for youth and young adults ages 16–25 in Prince George’s County who have an intellectual and developmental disability and may be experiencing mental health challenges.

Nearly 200 people joined us at Prince George’s Community College for TEDxLargo: Ideas That Nourish—and what a night it was!

Our speakers were PHENOMENAL. The ideas were powerful. The energy in the room was incredible. And yes… we’re still talking about it. ❤️

💚 Now THIS is what community looks like.

WHUR 96.3 didn’t just host a great day of golf—they used it to do some good.

The Arc Prince George’s County was honored to be the beneficiary of the 2nd Annual WHUR Golf Tournament, and we are incredibly grateful to receive a $5,000 gift in support of our mission. ⛳️💜

For 75 years, The Arc has been here for people with disabilities and their families. Support from community partners like WHUR helps us keep showing up.
