FREE BOWLING OUTING: GRADES 6-8

Youth Connections Program: AWARE X YDA Bowling & Ralphs scheduled for Thursday, August 27th, from 2:30-5:00 PM.

This FREE program is open to students in grades 6–8. High school members of the 1LIFE Youth Coalition will also be in attendance, serving as positive role models and helping to foster meaningful connections.
The event will be staffed by two YDA employees, ensuring a safe and supervised environment for all participants.

Founded in 1972, YDA supports youth ages 10–21 and their families in the Elwood, Harborfields, and Northport–East Northport school districts. Programs include adventure trips, community service projects, a weekly basketball Drop-In Program, and a variety of youth-driven activities in art, music, sports, and more.​

​About AWARE Drug & Alcohol Community Coalition:
Originally formed as the Northport/East Northport Drug and Alcohol Task Force, AWARE works to address substance misuse and promote healthy, informed choices among youth and adults in the community.
