Happy Meatless Monday!

Veggie G-Free Rice Bowl: Sauté Diced Eggplant, Yellow/Green Peppers, Carrots, Celery, Onion & Garlic Cloves. To create a Sauce: Stir in 1/3 Cup of Ginger Brew with 2-3 Tbls of wine.

Spices: Basil, Red Pepper, Curry Powder, Onion & Garlic Powder. A pinch of Sea Salt, if desired. Serve over G-free Steamed Rice. Steamed in Lime & Fresh Garlic.
