September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month. 💜

Our founder, Mycah Lee Arellano , shares his family’s story and his dedication to promoting mental well-being.

His uncle, a 38-year-old veteran who died by su***de in 1978. He shares his story to bring greater awareness and encourage leaders, school systems, and parents to implement accessible mental-health resources—including nontraditional approaches to support mental well-being.

According to the latest CDC data, more than 49,000 people died by su***de in 2023, and for ages 10–24, su***de is the second-leading cause of death.

Let’s continue the conversation, break the silence, and invest in prevention, education, and support. Mental health matters.
