Help us inspire women to RENEW ~ TRANSFORM ~ LIVE Shalon’s HOPE is a transitional home for women in recovery.

We believe anyone can change unfortunate circumstances with the right opportunities and sincere support. We mainly work with women who are recovering from drug or alcohol addiction and require that the women in our home have a sponsor and attend at least three meetings per week. We are available to support any woman 18 and older who is in crisis and is faced with sudden homelessness. Many women we

support have been abused, have a criminal record, or need safety from domestic violence and life-threatening situations. We support these women through group and individual therapy sessions. Our goal is not just to provide a temporary home for these women. It is to give them the tools to succeed after they leave. This includes classes on goal setting, financial literacy, communication, and time management. We also instill a sense of community by volunteering with local community organizations. While general survival needs are the foundation of our program, we also teach the women how to have fun without drugs or alcohol through other monthly social events like bowling, paint parties, and game nights. Every dollar you give is tax deductible and goes into the home to provide these services and the infrastructure needed to provide them.

Let's come together to spread positivity and make a difference in the lives of those in need. The event kicks off at 11:00 AM, so be sure to arrive early to get the most out of the day. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our board of directors, volunteers, and supporters in this meaningful endeavor. If you have a passion for mental health, women empowerment, recovery we would love to hear from you.

* Board Members: We are looking for individuals with expertise in areas such as non-profit management, fundraising, or event planning.

* Volunteers: We are looking for individuals with experience in event coordination,marketing, social media management, or simply an eagerness to lend a helping hand, we have a place for you. Your time and skills will play a vital role in bringing our initiatives to life.

* Supporters: If you are unable to commit to a regular volunteer or board member role, you can still make a difference by supporting us financially or by spreading the word about our organization.
