We're thrilled to announce SGVC's Fall Summit, "Whole Health, Whole Systems," to take place on September 9th, 2026! This summit will explore the multifaceted relationship between health and housing, and how cross-sectoral collaboration can improve the lives and outcomes of individuals experiencing homelessness.

Too often, people experiencing homelessness fall through the cracks of fragmented health and social service systems, where limited coordination leads to gaps in care and missed opportunities for stability. However, by facilitating collaborative cross-sector systems with accessible holistic services, together we can better bridge the gap between health and housing solutions and implement coordinated, whole-person solutions that uphold the dignity every individual deserves in the SGV.

We will be joined by the following experts in the medical and community health fields:
