The Animal Support Project Helping animals and their owners through tough times.

TASP is an all volunteer group dedicated to supporting animals and their owners through difficult times by helping pets stay where they belong: in their homes with their families. Most importantly, we aid senior citizens, medical patients and other community members by educating and assisting in behavioral issues, legal matters, training, referrals, grooming, transporting, providing routine care and other necessary services for all species. When needed, we offer foster and re-homing services to ensure that animals continue to live in safe, loving environments.

September’s Nail Trim Fundraiser will benefit Friends of the Forgotten Cat Rescue! Every month we donate the entire $15 nail trim service which helps to raise funds to support local cat rescues, organizations and shelters. This directly contributes to providing food, shelter, medical care, and adoption services for cats in need. Each contribution counts towards making a positive impact on the lives of cats and the rescues that help them.

Hey, Cat Lovers! How about a nail trim for your feline, to help support the only all-species, all-volunteer pet safety net in the capital region? All through the month of August, Clean As A Whisker is donating cat nail trim proceeds to The Animal Support Project. Heck, it's worth a visit to the place just to witness what a cool setup they have for grooming and/or boarding exclusively cats. If you don't have a kitty with long nails, then how about sharing this poster? Thanks!

TASP THANKS OUR HARD-WORKING VOLUNTEERS, OUR HOSTS AT VETERANS OF LANSINGBURGH AND OUR CHERISHED SUPPORTERS FOR ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL TAG SALE FUND RAISER YESTERDAY. WE TRANSFERRED AN IMPRESSIVE AMOUNT OF HIGH QUALITY GOODS INTO THE HANDS OF GENEROUS SHOPPERS WHO WILL CONTINUE TO PUT THOSE ITEMS TO GOOD USE GOING FORWARD. AND WE RAISED THE REVENUE THAT ALLOWS US TO HELP THE DESERVING PETS OF FOLKS WHO HAVE NOWHERE ELSE TO TURN IN THEIR STRUGGLE TO KEEP THEIR FAMILY TOGETHER. WE ARE PLEASED TO SHARE WITH YOU THIS LATEST SUCCESS STORY ABOUT BEAUTY AND HER DAD WHO RECENTLY ENCOUNTERED SOME VERY HARD TIMES AND WHO ARE NOW ON THE PATH TO BETTER DAYS TOGETHER. BEAUTY JUST NEEDED THE RIGHT FOOD, THE RIGHT VET, A FRESH SERESTO COLLAR, AND THE LOAN OF A LAWNMOWER SO HE DAD COULD MAKE HER YARD SAFE TO PLAY IN. THANKS TO THE ANIMAL SUPPORT PROJECT, BOGHT VET HOSPITAL, COLONIE ANIMAL CONTROL AND ALL THE WONDERFUL PEOPLE WHO SUPPORT OUR MISSION, IT ALL CAME TOGETHER YESTERDAY. WISHING ALL OF YOU A BLESSED DAY!
