🎓✨ Today we celebrated the graduation of the LeadingAge Iowa Leadership Academy Class of 2026!
Over the past seven months, these fellows embraced the challenge of self-reflection—discovering strengths, facing growth opportunities, and learning what it truly means to lead with courage and authenticity. Along the way, they built friendships, encouraged one another, and created a network that will last far beyond the program.
