June's Photo Contest Theme: "The Human-Animal Bond." This month's photo contest will feature Pets & Their People! Grab your cell phone and take a NEW picture of your pet interacting with a person...you...or a friend/family member. Use your imagination and capture that heartwarming human-pet bond.

Contest Rules: JUNE Theme is "The Human Animal Bond" - Submit 1 NEW photo of your pet interacting with a human!
"NEW" is defined as having been taken within 6 weeks of the Art Walk. Text NEW photo, your pet’s name, your first & last name, AND your email address to (540) 287-8207 by midnight on the Wednesday before each 2nd Friday Art Walk. Then visit Beach Paws Boutique in Downtown Colonial Beach to vote during the 2nd Friday Art Walk & Sip N' Stroll.

One free vote per person. Make a purchase during the event and get one (1) extra vote. By submitting a photo, you thereby agree that we have permission to post photo online for promotional use.

[Please note that there are metadata attached to photos... so, yes, we can determine when the photo was taken. NEW photos are defined as being taken within the 6 weeks prior to each month's 2nd Friday Art Walk.]

June's FredNats Raffle: As proud season ticket holders for the Fredericksburg Nationals, we are giving away 2 tickets + a parking pass to 3 home games this season! Visit Beach Paws Boutique and mention this post to enter. Limit 1 free entry per person per day. Make a purchase and get an additional entry for every $10 spent. Visit us during our 2nd Friday Art Walk Sip N' Stroll events and get double entries! Drawings will be held on Saturday morning after 2nd Friday Art Walks in April, May, and June. Winners will pick from a selection of available dates during the next 2 Home Series. Winners must choose a game date within the next 2 Home Series following the drawing each month. Today,Monday June 8th the Colonial Beach Moose Lodge opens at 3pm. Dinner Special is Cheeseburger and chips for 5 or Cheeseburger and FF for 7. Don't forget about our drink specials. Kitchen is open until 8pm. So beat the heat and come have a treat at the lodge. Lodge closes at 9.
