Our abilities may differ. Our God-given worth does not. 🤎
Because we are all made in the image of God, we all share the same inherent dignity, regardless of what we can or cannot do.
Our family members, friends, and neighbors living with physical or intellectual disabilities bear His image just as fully as anyone else. Their worth does not depend on their accomplishments, how they communicate, or the support they need.
Jesus calls us to love our neighbors as ourselves. That means recognizing each person’s dignity, making room for their gifts, and building relationships where they are welcomed, loved, and included.
Every person bears God’s image. Every person is made to be here. Every person deserves love and respect.
