Be an Advocate for Bennies! Advocates for Inclusive Mentoring strives to strengthen CSB's historically underrepresented students' personal development and leadership through collaboration with various academic groups on campus to help build community, sense of belonging, and overall student success. Gifts to AIM are utilized to fund Mentor’s stipend, activities for Scholars during campus breaks, academic credit opportunities for the students’ coordinating the program, and conference fees for experiences such as the Public Leadership Education Network (PLEN) Seminars. When you make a gift to Advocates for Inclusive Mentoring, you continue the legacy of Bennies in mentoring those who come behind them and those walking alongside them.

When you make a gift to women’s leadership and mentor programs, you continue the legacy of Bennies creating paths for those who have come behind us. AIM strives to strengthen CSB's historically underrepresented students personal development and leadership through collaboration with various academic groups on campus to help build community, safe space and overall student success.

These students include but are not limited to:
-Students of color
-Members of the LGBTQ+ Community
-First Generation Students
-Those with invisible or physical disabilities
