Si te gradúas en 2026, tienes un GPA mínimo de 2.5 y vives en uno de los condados participantes de California, podrías ser parte de Becas Alas.

A través de esta iniciativa regional de IMME Becas, en colaboración con los Consulados de México en Fresno, Los Ángeles, Oxnard, San Bernardino y Santa Ana, se otorgarán becas de entre $1,000 y $1,500 USD a estudiantes de origen mexicano o latino aceptados en una universidad o community college.

Celebrating a year of service, growth, and community impact with our College Corps Fellows.

We're proud of everything this cohort accomplished and grateful for the partnerships that made it possible. Thank you to our Fellows, host sites, and campus supporters for an incredible year.

We're excited to carry this momentum forward as we prepare to welcome the next cohort and continue strengthening our communities through service.

Tuesday night at the Los Molinos High School Senior Awards Night ceremony two more Efrain Vargas Cruz Jr., Memorial scholarships in the amount of $500 apiece were awarded to Ge**er grads Flor Celeste Lugo German and Jonathan Sosa-Sevilla. Congratulations to all 14 recipients this year, and thank you to the Ge**er community for buying enough popsicles over the past four years to have awarded a total of $13,000 in scholarships, $7000 this year alone to Efrain’s classmates. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We would also like to thank the Vargas family for allowing us to keep Efrain’s memory alive in this manner—it’s our privilege.
