Can anyone help?

🌟ADOPTED

This is Ruff. He’s a 10 year old Cocker Spaniel that was surrendered yesterday. He’s scared and confused. No negative comment please. The owner lost his wife two weeks ago and he has a lot of heavy issues he’s now dealing with.

So let’s concentrate on getting this good boy a new home. He is up to date on his shots and neutered. He lived as the only dog so he would require a meet and greet with any other dog in the home.

He is at the Telegraph shelter so please visit him there.
