💜 Mental Health Awareness Month 💜
Emotional burnout does not always look like exhaustion. Sometimes it looks like:
• Feeling overwhelmed by small tasks
• Constant irritability or sadness
• Difficulty concentrating
• Pulling away from others
• Feeling emotionally numb
Healing starts with recognizing when your mind and body need rest, support, and care. At Natalie's Place, we believe everyone deserves a safe space to heal, grow, and begin again.
You are allowed to pause.
You are allowed to ask for help.
You are worthy of healing. 🌿
If this post speaks to you, check in with yourself today and remember—you are not alone. 💜

In May, we honor two powerful reminders — Mental Health Awareness Month and Mother’s Day. 💚💐
At Natalie’s Place, we recognize the strength of mothers, caregivers, survivors, and women everywhere who continue to pour into others while carrying so much themselves. Your mental health matters. Your healing matters. And you deserve support, rest, love, and community. ✨
Today, we celebrate every mother figure and every woman choosing healing, growth, and resilience one day at a time. Remember: it’s okay to ask for help, take a break, and prioritize your well-being. 🌷
Let’s continue creating safe spaces where healing and hope can grow together. 💜

💜 May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💜
At Natalie’s Place, we believe that healing begins with support, compassion, and community. This month, we’re shining a light on the importance of mental wellness and the role safe, supportive environments play in helping individuals rebuild their lives.
Transitional housing is more than just a place to stay — it’s a lifeline. Through housing, counseling, life skills, and encouragement, we help women and children move from crisis to stability and independence.
✨ Join us this month as we:
✔️ Share mental health tips and resources
✔️ Raise awareness and reduce stigma
✔️ Celebrate strength, resilience, and growth
👏 Volunteer Spotlight: Please join us in welcoming Mrs. Leona Hayward, our Wellness & Support Specialist (Volunteer)! Her dedication to uplifting others through encouragement and wellness support is making a powerful impact in the lives of those we serve.
💐 And to all the mothers and mother figures — Happy Mother’s Day! Your love and strength do not go unnoticed.
Let’s continue to support one another, prioritize mental health, and build stronger communities together.
💜

💙 April is Sexual Assault Awareness & Prevention Month 💙
At Natalie’s Place, we stand with survivors. We believe you. We support you. And we are here for you—every step of the way.

✨ What You Should Know:
• Sexual assault can happen to anyone—regardless of age, gender, or background
• Healing looks different for everyone, and that’s okay
• Support, resources, and safe spaces can make a life-changing difference.
