We love to ride and perform charity work wherever we can.

This post should not be taken as someone did something wrong. It is just a good reminder to us all.

A member of a Widows Sons chapter should always be mindful of how he carries himself in public. You represent your chapter and our fraternity every day, not just when you’re wearing your vest. That responsibility doesn’t begin when you put your vest on, and it doesn’t end when you take it off.

Your actions, your words, your attitude, and the way you conduct yourself are a reflection of your Brothers, your Chapter, and the fraternity we all represent.

People are watching whether you realize it or not. They may not know your name, but they recognize that patch, and they will often judge the entire chapter by the conduct of a single member.

Carry yourself with integrity. Avoid reckless behavior, unnecessary drama, gossip, or public arguments that reflect poorly on your chapter. Speaking negatively about the organization or your brothers in public shows a lack of respect for the very organization you claim to love.

If you don’t respect the patch you wear and the brothers who wear it beside you, how can you expect anyone else to?

The vest may come off, but the responsibility never does.

What a great weekend to be a Widows Son, 2026 State Rally

Please join us the evening of April 9th in Vicksburg to support Mindy as she finishes up her year as the WGM of MS.
If you are/were a member of the Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines, or Coast Guard , Mindy would appreciate a WS or WSL carrying in their respective branch at the ceremony that night. Please let Mindy or me know if you or your WSL would be willing to participate.
We had a great turn out last year when Mindy was installed as WGM and we hope to have as many of our WS Family there as possible as she wraps up her job duties to show our support.
