Special thank you to the ARTIC for lighting up purple for Global ITP Awareness Week! Your support helps shine a light on immune thrombocytopenia, a rare autoimmune bleeding disorder where your body attacks platelets leading to easy and excessive bruising, and a low platelet count can potentially be life threatening.

Together we’re raising awareness across communities and continents, and honor the strength of ITP patients and families. 💜

💜 Lace up for a cause! Join us for the 11th Annual Southern California Pump It Up for Platelets 5K Walk on Saturday, October 26 raising awareness for Immune Thrombocytopenia (ITP), a rare autoimmune disorder that affects kids and adults alike.

This year’s event has a festive twist: Halloween costumes are welcome (but not required)! Walk with us to support the ITP community, celebrate resilience, and help spread awareness—one step at a time.
