VOA Upstate New York Dedicated to restoring hope, dignity, and a sense of belonging for people facing challenges.

Our mission is to foster self-reliance and stability by delivery essential services in housing, education, and health. VOA works to break the cycle of poverty through an array of programs which include:

• Childcare and early childhood development programs
• Homelessness prevention services

Volunteers of America’s programs and services encourage positive development, foster independence, and promote self-sufficiency, providing individuals with the guidance and resources they need to make positive change happen in their lives.

We recently celebrated a resident in our Permanent Supportive Housing program who reached an incredible 28 years of sobriety anniversary.

Their achievement is a testament to their strength, perseverance, and commitment to recovery. We're honored to be part of that journey at VOA.
