Small steps each day can lead to big strides in your mental health. You’re worth the care and attention. Keep going, one day at a time.

The pregnant teen, the dropout, the social outcast for years, the girls (and boys) rising from poverty stricken roots...

This foundation supports young adults. We aim to bring more awareness to the mental struggles that exist among women and men. Too often we make the mistake thinking men don’t have similar mental struggles as women. They either don’t express it as we do, or they completely hide it.

Everyone in the world needs someone to inspire them, empower them, and truly uplift them when things get rough. Building a foundation such as this is a ground surface to get back to being kind to one another and showing the world that togetherness is still the basis for all we need: Unity.
