BIG NEWS Weber County!!!!!

We have been wanting to get a mobile unit and street outreach team going for a long time… WELL!!!! We are one step closer!!!

We’re so excited to partner with the incredible Heather from Hope Clinic and amazing Angie from the fire department to combine services and bring mobile medical care + street outreach directly to our community.

We get to meet our people in their space—and connect in a real way.

By coming together as a team, we’re able to offer so much more:

* HIV & Hep C testing + treatment
* On-the-spot medical care — no waiting rooms, no triggering clinical settings
* Wound kits
🐾 Dog food (because we’ve got to take care of the fur babies too)
* Clothing + hygiene kits
* Housing support + mobile case management

This is what we live for. This is our WHY.

And we are just getting started!!!!!

Happy Thursday to our Davis County Peeps! Today is the Davis Reentry Resource Fair from 11-1. There are great resources for substance use treatment, peer support, jobs, housing, schooling, medical insurance, immunizations etc

Located at 380 S. 200 W. Farmington.

Today Hope on Ttapp will be there from 11:30-1 providing free HIV/HEP C testing and treatment! We also have free narcan and Plan B.

Happy Tuesday Weber County! Today, is the Weber Re-Entry Fair from 1-3pm. If you or someone you know is in need of some extra support this is a one-stop shop for resources! There are organizations that provide job support, help with schooling , substance treatment, peer support, medical insurance, free banking, housing assistance and more!

Hope on Ttapp will be there providing free HIV/HEP C testing and treatment.

Tomorrow is the BIG DAY! (Saturday September 27th) We are honored to be invited back this year for
2nd annual Free Health Screening Day at the Ogden Weber Applied Technical Institute. If you or someone you know does not have health insurance or if a doctor visit is too expensive this is the day to come down and get your check up done. We will be providing free rapid HIV and HEP C testing and treatment and there are many providers and doctors volunteering their time to provide barrier free health services including Pap smears, mental health services, cancer screenings, diabetes, immunizations and more.

We are excited to be in Ogden this Saturday to celebrate with our community!!! Wonderful resources, amazing people, and powerful connection! Stop by for awesome swag, on-the-spot rapid hep c testing and treatment, linkage to PReP and of course free hugs!!!

As you know it is hot outside and we are in need of supplies to put together for our unsheltered peeps out in the community. We are looking for sweat towels, elctrolight drink mixes, waters, food items that are compact and won’t melt, hand fans, chapsticks, sunblocks any and all types of bags, hammocks, clothing items etc. Anything helps and I can drive to pick up donations. This is one our favorite monthly events that we have the honor to help out with!!! Tomorrow we will be at Madsen Park helping with handing out free delicious food, hygiene, clothing, wound kits etc. Feel free to come down and volunteer or if you or someone you know is in need of some resources come down and see us!!!
