We had a great evening at Warren Walker Park meeting members of our community, answering questions about JCSAR, and connecting with our public safety partners.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth and to LMPD 8th Division for hosting another wonderful National Night Out. We appreciate the opportunity to serve our community and look forward to seeing everyone again next year!

She walked from her home in the 4900 Blk of Determine Ln 40216. Unknown clothing description. Possibly carrying a teddy bear or a baby doll.

On July 23, 2026, a report was received regarding a missing person. The missing individual was identified as Samantha Sanders, a 20-year-old white female. Ms. Sanders is approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs approximately 130 pounds, has brown hair and hazel eyes, and has facial scars.

Ms. Sanders was last observed at approximately 11:49 pm on July 22, 2026, in the area of Kentucky Highway 232 and South Highway 259. At the time she was last seen, she was reportedly wearing a blue dress, a pink shirt, and no shoes. Ms. Sanders may have flagged a vehicle down and gotten a ride from KY-232 and KY- 259

At the time of this report, Ms. Sanders’ whereabouts are unknown, and she has been reported missing. Any person with information regarding Samantha Sanders's whereabouts is requested to contact the appropriate law enforcement agency immediately. Breckinridge County Sheriff's Office: 270-756-2361

Project Lifesaver - How to Enroll a Loved One

Enrollment in Project Lifesaver is open to families and caregivers of individuals at risk of wandering. During enrollment, clients are fitted with a small, personalized transmitter that emits a unique radio frequency signal.

To begin the enrollment process:

1. Contact the Project Lifesaver Team at
[email protected] or call 812-406-0086 Ext. 5.

2. A coordinator will provide you with program information, eligibility details, and enrollment forms.

3. Once enrolled, clients will receive their transmitter, and caregivers will receive training on how the program works.

This ensures that if a loved one goes missing, trained responders can be dispatched immediately with the tools needed to bring them home safely.

The program uses proven radio-frequency technology and specially trained responders to quickly locate and safely return individuals prone to wandering due to conditions such as Alzheimer's, dementia, autism, or other cognitive challenges.

🚨LENSAlert - Golden Alert: Mark Hagan, a 51-year-old white male, is missing. He was last seen near the 2500 block of W Chestnut St. at approximately 8:00 PM on July 18, 2026. He has shoulder length brown hair, green eyes and was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black shorts and a tan baseball hat. Mr. Hagan suffers from dementia and is in need of medical attention. Call 911 if you locate this person or have information about their whereabouts.
