We have a deep understanding of the challenges, joys and unexpected moments of parenthood, and we walk with you every day throughout your journey. We offer a range of

in-person and virtual services to guide, support, and empower you and your family - starting with pregnancy and postpartum, and continuing throughout your parenting journey. Our wonderful team of doulas, certified lactation counselors, registered pediatric nurses, midwives, childbirth educators, newborn care specialists, nannies and babysitters, are here for you and ready to support your family.

Join us at 10AM this Saturday for a free food safety event! We are very excited to be a part of Elliston Pediatrics' Bump to Baby event. MDE Director, Grace, will be teaching a short lesson on food safety following a lesson on starting solids by Dr. Elliston. We would love to see you there!

Did you know we offer personalized recruitment for Newborn Care Specialists (NCS)? An NCS is a recruited/placed position specifically sourced for your unique family dynamic and needs. While not a registered nurse, an NCS is an experienced newborn care professional who is available for long term overnight and/or day-time support contracts ranging from one month to six months or more. Meet Dasha! Originally from California, Dasha, a Registered Nurse, is a graduate student at Columbia University School of Nursing working towards receiving her Doctorate in Nursing. Prior to her graduate studies, Dasha worked as a pediatric nurse in NICU, PICU and pediatric units. In addition to her medical background, she has experience caring for children of all ages and has a strong understanding of childhood development. One of her favorite things about caring for children is experiencing each child’s unique personality and fostering their development through fun, yet educational, activities. As with all of our Anytime Sitters, Dasha is immunization verified, COVID vaccinated, background checked, reference checked and CPR + First Aid Certified

Meet, Jill! An incredible asset to our perinatal team, Jill provides daytime and overnight postpartum doula support to our MDE Families. As a certified lactation counselor, she is well equipped to help postpartum families navigate any feeding challenges that come up. In addition to lactation support, as a postpartum doula, Jill provides education on newborn care, safe sleep and postpartum healing. She is also able to help with bottle cleaning/sterilizing, baby's laundry, meal prep for mom, and so much more! Jill knows that postpartum support can look different for everyone, which is why she strives to create a personalized care plan for each family, making them feel centered and supported. As with all our perinatal team members, Jill is immunization verified, COVID vaccinated, background checked, reference checked and CPR + First Aid Certified

Meet, Siggy! Another incredible ATS team member, Siggy brings nearly ten years experience as a childcare provider to her ATS role. She is calm, thoughtful and extremely proactive. As a self-proclaimed “foodie,” she loves to bake with the children she cares for and always tries to bring learning (math/measurements) into the experience. As with all our Anytime Sitters, Siggy is immunization verified, COVID vaccinated, background checked, reference checked and CPR + First Aid Certified.
