🥎 Saturday Morning Team Building with the Diamond Dominators!

Our 10U Diamond Dominators traded the softball field for Tumamoc Hill yesterday morning for a little team-building adventure!

Every player showed up and was ready to go for the 7:00 AM hike. Along the way, they were given a challenge: learn something about a teammate they didn’t know before.

Because a strong team is built both on and off the field. It’s about getting to know each other, encouraging one another, and building the friendships and trust that carry into the season.

Way to go, Diamond Dominators!

Marana Fastpitch is accepting National Anthem audition submissions August 12–19!

We welcome:

🎙️ Vocal performances
🎶 Instrumental performances
🎤 Vocal with instrumental accompaniment

Selected finalists will advance to a community vote, and the winner will perform live at our Fall Season Opening Ceremony on September 5 at 6:00 PM!

🥎 A huge thank you to Pura Vida CPR and First Aid Training !

We’re incredibly grateful to Pura Vida for spending time with our Marana Fastpitch Board and coaches today and providing CPR training during our coaches meeting.

Keeping our players safe is always a priority, and having our coaches and volunteers better prepared to respond in an emergency is an important part of that commitment.

A special thank you to Erick and Pura Vida for continuing to support Marana Fastpitch and our softball community. We truly appreciate you investing your time and knowledge into our league and helping us prepare for a safe and successful season.

Marana Fastpitch is kicking off a full week of pre-season clinics, and registration is now open!

We have a great lineup of fielding, hitting, pitching, and catching clinics for 8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U players all week long at Gladden Farms.

10U | 7:00-8:00 PM

Tuesday, August 11
Hitting with Adam D’Eredita
12U/14U | 5:30-8:00 PM

Wednesday, August 12
Pitching with Mark Blair
8U/10U | 6:00-7:00 PM
12U/14U | 7:00-8:00 PM

Catching with Evelina Figueroa
8U/10U | 6:00-7:00 PM
12U/14U | 7:00-8:00 PM

Clinics run August 10-14 at Gladden Farms.

Registered MFP players attend FREE.
Non-MFP players may attend for $25 Per Clinic.
Each clinic is limited to 20 players, so please sign up early and only register for clinics your player can attend.

Players should bring their gear, plenty of water, and arrive early enough to be ready to take the field at the listed start time.

PLAYER EVALUATIONS ARE TODAY!

It’s time to get the Fall 2026 season rolling! Player evaluations are happening today, Saturday, August 8, and are mandatory for all players.

Evaluation Times
6:00 PM | 8U & 10U
8:00 PM | 12U & 14U

We will also be doing uniform sizing today:

12U & 14U: Uniform sizing will take place before evaluations.
8U & 10U: Uniform sizing will take place after evaluations.

Please arrive with enough time to get checked in, bring your gear, and be ready to hit the field.

Tonight, Friday, August 7, is the final day to register for the 2026 Marana Fastpitch Fall Season! Registration closes tonight at 11:59 PM, so get those last-minute registrations submitted before time runs out.

Then, it is time to hit the field!

Mandatory Player Evaluations

6:00 PM | 8U and 10U Players
8:00 PM | 12U and 14U Players

Please make sure your player attends the evaluation time for her division. After tonight, any late registration availability will be limited and based on team needs.
