Oh what a good time we had today! If you missed it, you missed a treat! Thank you to our route leaders, Grace Yasmine Harriette Guinn and Angela Habeeb. Thank you to Jakini MenAb for starting the morning with SoulQI, and thank you Cassandra Coffee-Henderson and Jennifer Adams for leading our girltrekkers!

It was a beautiful morning. A beautiful group of women. A fantastic community partner in BikeWalkKC. And guess what? They surprised us by gifting us 7 bicycles for our raffle AND we all got to keep our brand new helmets!

Today was a good day!

We are excited to have Angela Habeeb and Grace Yasmine Harriette Guinn as route leaders tomorrow at our Annual Bike Ride!

We will kick off the morning with SoulQI - with Jakini MeNab and for those unable to ride, or missed registration, the wonderful ladies from GirlTrek will lead a trek through the beautiful route overlooking Kansas City!

Last year, folks had a hard time finding our starting point, so this year, if you pop in 455 Paseo KCMO 64106.

We are just past Independence Avenue on Paseo. The light is Cliff Drive, turn right and head to the top of the hill!

She called it Rap, Rep & Recovery! The ladies thoroughly enjoy it. I heard women saying that they hadn't skipped in decades! You can tell they were serious. I'm not sure which team won, but I'm sure they had a great time. Thank you Tomika Ross-Willett!
