Meet Marilyn Powell, the incoming secretary of YAC! This fall, Marilyn will be a junior at Mt. Pleasant High School. Reflecting on her past year in the same role, Marilyn shares that serving as the secretary this past year has been a great opportunity to engage in executive level decision making and continue to see the broader needs of the youth in Isabella County.

“As secretary, my role is responsible for the accountability of the group and leadership of our YAC and I am excited to serve our community in this position and be a part of the YAC leadership team,” says Marilyn.

A fun fact about Marilyn: She doesn’t like spaghetti sauce.
