Franklin County Community Resource Board Dedicated to the development of community resources to build comprehensive mental health programs.

The Franklin County Children and Families Community Resource Board is the administrator for the Putting Kids First: Community Children's Service Fund, a fund created when Franklin County passed a 1/4-cent sales tax measure in November 2008 and the Franklin County Domestic Violence Fund, a fund generated by fees imposed upon the issuance of a marriage license and a surcharge upon the entry of a dec

ree of dissolution of marriage. The funds are dedicated for services to citizens of Franklin County, Missouri, and will be awarded to local agencies to provide services that address the unmet needs of our community. We pledge to use these revenues wisely and prudently as we work with agencies and organizations to provide a myriad of services to benefit children, youth, and families.

So thankful to have the opportunity to tell the story of our family connection center, the Franklin County Family Resource Center, through the National Family Support Network and Missouri Coalition for Children. The FCCRB Executive Director, Annie Foncannon represented the Family Resource Center. Team Missouri was able to meet with Senator Hawley’s office, Senator Schmidt’s office, Representative Smith’s office and Representative Wagner’s office. We thank them for their time and presence.

We love our libraries!

This summer Foundations for Strengthening Families will be visiting our branch weekly to distribute food to kids in our community. Our location will have food distribution every Tuesday at 4-6 pm from June 30 - August 11.

We are in need of volunteers to help with the physical distribution of the food. If you are interested in volunteering please email [email protected] or call the branch at 636-629-2546. We're so excited to partner with this amazing organization!

HOPE for Franklin County Coalition is hosting an awesome event. Details ⬇️
HOPE for Franklin County's Youth Group will meet on Saturday, 1/24 from noon-2pm at our office in Krakow to paint kind and positive messages on smooth stones, and plan how we want to distribute these "Kindness Rocks" to spread hope and happiness. Details are on the flyer below!
Everything will be provided including rocks, painting supplies, and PIZZA 🍕 🙂
There's no fee to participate, but we'll need to know how many folks are coming, so please direct folks to send a text to 636-485-4104 to let me know they'd like to attend. Caring adults are welcome to join, but not required to stay (with signed permission slip).
